Unable to read wsrp-consumers-config.xml from ${gatein.conf.dir}

Issue

• The portal is unable to read the wsrp-consumers-config.xml and wsrp-producers-config.xml from the ${gatein.conf.dir} as mentioned in the release notes regarding issue: https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBEPP-1357

• On a windows machine, the portal is unable to read the wsrp-consumers-config.xml and wsrp-producers-config.xml from the location ${gatein.conf.dir}.
