Resolution causes issues accessing features in RHEV admin portal.

In RHEV 3.2 and 3.1 environments, at screen resolution of 1024 by 768, some elements are shifted in a way that prevents usability.

Additional functions added to areas in 3.3 sees same issue even at higher resolutions.
