vsftpd server with TLS fails during transferring more files

Issue

• File transfer on a TLS connection fails after transferring two files from a Windows client with the following error:

"curl: <35> Unknown SSL protocol error in connection to 192.168.122.218:21"

• The linux lftp client fails during execution of 'mget *' command with the error:

 WARNING: Certificate verification: Not trusted
 WARNING: Certificate verification: The certificate's owner does not match hostname 'localhost'
