Slaves cannot reconnect to a restarted master if RBAC is enabled in EAP 6

Issue

• Slaves cannot reconnect to a restarted master if RBAC is enabled in EAP 6 and while accessing the Jboss CLI after restarting the master , error is as follows :

[user@user bin]$ ./jboss-cli.sh -c --controller=10.10.10.10 --user=test --password=password
[domain@10.10.10.10:9999 /] cd /host=test
[domain@10.10.10.10:9999 host=test] ls
