JBoss ON Plugin "Scan for updates" errors on the jars descriptor file

Issue

• We just upgraded JON to version 3.2. The following plugins have been applied to JON 3.2 (all the jar files in the 3 plugin zip files have been copied to /opt/JON/server/jon-server-3.2.0.GA/plugins directory :

jon-plugin-pack-eap-3.2.0.GA.zip
jon-plugin-pack-ews-3.2.0.GA.zip
jon-plugin-pack-fuse-3.2.0.GA.zip

Got the following exceptions when we tried to update the plugins via "Scan for Updates".

Failed to scan for updated plugins. [1401396111239] java.lang.Exception:Failed to parse descriptor found in plugin [file:/foss/appl/JON/server/jon-server-3.2.0.GA/modules/org/rhq/server-startup/main/deployments/rhq.ear/rhq-downloads/rhq-plugins/rhq-teiid-plugin-SOA-5.1.0.jar] -> org.rhq.core.clientapi.agent.PluginContainerException:Could not successfully parse the plugin descriptor [META-INF/rhq-plugin.xml] found in plugin jar at [file:/foss/appl/JON/server/jon-server-3.2.0.GA/modules/org/rhq/server-startup/main/deployments/rhq.ear/rhq-downloads/rhq-plugins/rhq-teiid-plugin-SOA-5.1.0.jar]. -> org.rhq.core.util.exception.WrappedRemotingException:javax.xml.bind.UnmarshalException: [Warning] null -> org.rhq.core.util.exception.WrappedRemotingException:null -> org.rhq.core.util.exception.WrappedRemotingException:cvc-complex-type.3.2.2: Attribute 'default' is not allowed to appear in element 'c:option'.
