How do I setup a CA after the installation of the IPA replica server.

Issue

I have setup a IdM replica per the instructions and everything appears to be working great. However, I missed adding --setup-ca to the install command. Now, I do not have a CA running. Is there any method to get the CA working or do I have to do a backup and re-install procedure.
