Can't get past the firstboot setup agent screen on newly installed Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5

Issue

• Installed fresh Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.5 but can't get firstboot agent screen passed.
• It keeps prompting for the same setup information over and over after reboot and power cycle.
• While pressing CTL-ALT-F1, following text appears:
