Recieving an error code missing attribute: timestamp in CloudForms 3.0 while trying to view the utilization?

Issue

I received the following error in Cloudforms.
I was logged in as admin
I clicked on Optimize, clicked on utilization, left clicked on Region1.
Result: missing attribute: timestamp [miq_capacity/optimize_tree_select]

Expected result: see the Utilization for all of Region 1.

I am able to re-produce the error.
