RHEV: Cannot access Admin Portal with error "Application Deployment Error"
Issue
Cannot access Admin Portal with error "Application Deployment Error".
Admin Portal xbap application does not start loading and the error screen appear instead.
Opening the error log file from the IE, following errors are reported:
* An exception occurred while downloading the application. Following failure messages were detected:
+ Exception occurred during store operation.
+ The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80070020)
