RHEV-M 3.3: Editing a Virtual Disk shows incorrect information about the disk policy

Issue

When editing a disk of any VMs the dialogue shows that the VM has "Preallocated" Allocation policy even though the disk was created with the Thin Provision policy. Sometimes a Preallocated disk shows as Thin Provisioned.
