Why packages listed in activation key not installed on Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 client from RHN Satellite server?

Issue

• Upgraded Satellite to version 5.6 and created kickstart profile and activation key for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 client.
• RHN tools is highlighted in activation keys child channel.

• The client will install Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 OS and gets registered to RHN Satellite server. But the packages listed below in activation key not get installed.

  osad
  rhncfg
  rhncfg-actions
  rhncfg-client
  

• As the required packages are not getting installed, then deployment of configuration files to client fails from activation key.

• What is the problem with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7 activation key? Why the rhncfg* packages listed in activation key not get installed? Where RHEL 6 kickstart and activation key works just fine in Satellite server.
