Ownership change on a GFS2 filesystem is not applied on other nodes

Issue

  • After running a chown command to change the user and group that owns a GFS2 filesystem, the owner appears changed on that system, but it appears to have either reverted or not changed on the other cluster nodes that have mounted that filesystem.
