Issue:
- On RHEL6.X, DM-Multipath appears to not update the LUN path status consistently.
- After executing takeover or giveback on the controllers the path status on some
devices may show as "failed ready running" in the sessions. - However, upon restarting the multipath daemon, all the paths get updated correctly
and correctly show "active ready running...
