Release found: Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5

Resolution:

Some time, the kernel may print a message along the lines irq XX: nobody cared and it disables the adapter in PCI Slot 3. This is an issue that is being investigated, but a solution has not been released yet. The workarounds given below are what is recommended at the moment.

If user has the machine TX150 S5 with ZCR (Zero Channel RAID) card in it, be aware that an adapter installed in PCI Slot 3 may get disabled. The safest option, is to not use PCI Slot 3. The kernel option 'noirqdebug' may be use the if having an adapter in PCI Slot 3 is required. For more details contact your hardware provider.
