Issue
tomcat6fails to start:
[root@rhel64 ~]# service tomcat6 start
Starting tomcat6: Error code 4 [FAILED]
[root@rhel64 ~]# tomcat6 start
[root@rhel64 ~]# /usr/sbin/tomcat6: line 30: /logs/catalina.out: No such file or directory
