Remote printers are appearing as "printer@hostname" in Red Hat Enterprise Linux
Issue
The lpstat -a command shows certain printers as printer@hostname:
# lpstat -a | grep physics-lacl
physics-lacllog@mabzfs5 accepting requests since Wed 29 Feb 2012 11:35:27 AM PST
All our scripts are hardcoded for printer physics-lacllog and not for physics-lacllog@mabzfs5. Please provide us solution for this problem since practically our printing functionality is broken.
