Need to add Abudhabi/Dubai time zone to the already available list of time zones in satellite?

Issue

• There is some time delay after scheduling a task from satellite to client systems using SSM.
• The current available list of Time Zones in Satellite's GUI is available at :
  Overview --> Locale Preferences --> Time Zone
  do not have any time zone for Abudhabi/Dubai.
