Text documents printed with multiple copies are not formatted correctly
Issue
When printing multiple copies of reports (all queues are textonly and DefaultSendFF is True) the format is incorrect. It appears that the FF is not being added to each copy.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux
- Common Unix Printing System (CUPS)
- "Text Only" Printer
