Can we use both MANIFEST.MF Class-Path headers and a jboss-deployment-structure.xml in a single deployment

Issue

We are adding the dependent jar file entries in MANIFEST.MF but the jars are not being picked up in the classpath. However are are manually editing the jboss-deployment-structure.xml to add the dependent jar file entries. Can you please assist us getting to know why the jars are not being picked from MANIFEST.MF.
