VM does not resize in fullscreen mode after upgrade to RHEV 3.3.0

Issue

After upgrading a RHEV based VDI infrastructure to RHEV 3.3.0 if the user sets the display to full-screen mode the its size is not resized accordingly: i.e. the it remains smaller and a black border is placed around it.
This happens only if the client is launched through the Internet Explorer browser with the ActiveX plug-in.
If the client is run in native mode instead everything works as expected.
If the full-screen is flagged in spice options prior to launch the console, the client starts in full-screen correctly but the problem reappears as soon as it exists the full-screen mode and enters it again.
