[RHEV] Error while executing action Setup Networks: Failed to bring interface up

Issue

• After a reboot, a hypervisor doesn't go in active mode because it cycling trought unavaible state to un-operational mode. Through the web admin interface the network card associated a specific logical network is in down state, but the physical link is connected. When attempting to detach the logical network from the interface or modify it, the following error is displayed:
