JBoss Fuse container is corrupted on start up

Solution Unverified - Updated -

Issue

  • We use the featuresBoot in etc/org.apache.karaf.features.cfg to load bundles. Sometimes some bundles fail to load on the initial start-up do not load on an subsequent start-up. Is there a way to load these missing bundles on the subsequent start-ups?

We can cause the bundles to fail to load when starting a brand new container and then pulling the network cable on our laptop running the container for a few minutes when the wrapper was at the 37% mark.

We are looking for a way to have to container load and start all the missing/installed "boot" bundles/features automatically.

  • We have had problems with blueprint not starting up properly and says that it is waiting for dependencies and many times it never continues to start up the server.

You are however able to connect to the karaf console but only with a server that has a limited set of features activated. When this problem occurs the data/ directory has been removed to make the server start up properly.
