What settings are configured for my storage array automatically by device-mapper-multipath in RHEL?
Issue
- How can I check what settings will be automatically be used for my storage array by device-mapper-multipath?
- Do I need to add a
device {}stanza for my hardware to/etc/multipath.conf? - What are the default settings for my SAN within multipath.conf?
- Usage of alias in multipath.conf overrides all entries in bindings file, devices section and default section?
