Classcast exception with IBM WebSphere MQ

Issue

Using "useJNDI=true", generates a class cast exception:

java.lang.ClassCastException: com.ibm.mq.connector.outbound.MQQueueProxy cannot be cast to com.ibm.mq.jms.MQDestination
