Suddenly autofs not able to mount home directory

Issue

The autofs suddenly stop getting home directory of users , To resolve we need to restart the autofs service or sometime it failed to start so need to forcestart . while going throught message logs found this error;

automount[3136]: umount_autofs_indirect: ask umount returned busy /home
Mar 13 19:14:25 hostname kernel: automount[352702]: segfault at fffffffffffffff0 ip 00007f59632d82f5 sp 00007f5960842a50 error 4 in automount[7f59632bd000+3b000]

its been reported has bug so need the clarification as well as solution we are facing this issue almost everyday.
