API call to set / get OS Repositories for Kickstarts Profiles

Issue

• To be able to completely automate the creation of Kickstart files we would like to be able to get/set the repositories in the Kickstart Configuration (Kickstart Details / Operating System / Repositories). Currently that's only possible through the webinterface and not through the API
• In order to fully automate the management of Satellite it will be easier to be able to do everything that can be done through the GUI through the API as well
