Is it safe to remove rgmanager package if system is not configured for cluster?

Issue

• The system is having rgmanager and couple of other cluster packages installed as shown below. This system is not configured to use CLVM (cluster logical volume manager) and it is not a part of any clusters, so is it safe to remove these packages from system?
