ftp to vsftpd server fails with "cannot locate user entry:user@example.com" error.
Issue
- Virtual users are stored in openldap server and vsftpd is configured to use ldap for authentication however ftp fails with following error
500 OOPS: cannot locate user entry:user@example.com
ftp: Login failed
