Logging switches from server.log to boot.log

Issue

  • We have a strange behavior of our server. After some uptime (some minutes) the logging switches from server.log to boot.log. What could be a reason for this? I can't see any relevant error in the server.log.

  • JBoss Enterprise Application Platform (EAP) 4.x
