How to Import rules repository back to BRMS 6 server by Git?

We tried with
git://localhost/C:/JBoss/tmp/repository1,it fails with below exception:
Can't clone repository. org.eclipse.jgit.errors.TransportException:git://localhost/C:/JBoss/tmp/repository1: Connection refused: connect
