How to add/modify vsftpd banner

When connecting to vsftpd service, the software version is displayed and not secure.
[root@rhel8 ~]# ftp -vp rhel8-ftp Connected to rhel8-ftp (192.168.122.145). 220 (vsFTPd 3.0.3) ..snip.. -
How do I add/modify vsftpd banner ?
