When I execute the hwclock command, what is the last numeric means in result?

The hwclock is a utility which is used to query and set the hardware clock on a system. When executing the hwclock utility without parameters, the command will print the current time from hardware clock to standard output.

The last numeric in result of hwclock means the difference between the displayed hardware time and the startup time of the "hwclock" command.
