Issue

• When using a mode 6 (Adaptive Load Balancing) bond, the message "ARP monitoring cannot be used with ALB/TLB. Only MII monitoring is supported" may appear in /var/log/messages.
• ARP targeting is being utilized by the bond.
• The bond may either be completely nonfunctional or will provide no fail-over capabilities.
