ruby debugger shows error Tracer is not a class (TypeError)

Issue

• While trying to run the ruby debugger with 'ruby -rdebug' getting the following error that seems to be caused by a module/class name conflict in /usr/lib/ruby/1.8/debug.rb.

• Sample output:

# ruby -rdebug /usr/sbin/nick
