Satellite Web UI pages redirect to malformed URLs resulting in RoutingError

Issue

When navigating to certain pages in the Red Hat Satellite 6 WebUI such as Content > Products, Content Credentials, or Sync Plans, the browser redirects to a malformed, recursively URL-encoded path:
