RHACM/Hypershift on OpenShift 4: EgressIP on managed (spoke) cluster is lost during a restart of workers on Management (hub) cluster unexpectedly.
Issue
- During a restart of the management worker nodes, egressIP traffic is unexpectedly interrupted on the managed cluster until the management worker(s) (is/are) restored.
- EgressIP is expected to remain stable on the managed cluster as workers are separated from the control plane pods on the hub
