Workflow Approval Description is not displayed in Ansible Automation Platform 2.5+ Platform U

Issue

• Missing Approval Description during a workflow run.
• After upgrading from Ansible Automation Platform 2.4 to 2.5+, the approval description is no longer visible in the Platform UI.
• The Description field is not shown on the Workflow Approvals list or on the Workflow Approval details page, but the description is still present and correct in the API, Approvers must query the API to obtain the approval context before they can approve or deny the step.
