RHACS Operator repeatedly fails reconciliation when scanner-v4-db PVC size differs from the SecuredCluster specification

Issue

After upgrading Red Hat Advanced Cluster Security (RHACS), pods in the stackrox namespace continuously restart.

The RHACS Operator repeatedly attempts to reconcile the deployment, but the reconciliation fails approximately every 30–40 seconds. Components such as Sensor, Scanner, and Collector continuously restart, and the SecuredCluster resource reports a ReleaseFailed condition.
