Arquillian tests failing to run at all with Pipe closed exception

Issue

• While trying to run the bean-validation quickstart for Arquillian it fails with the following error. What could be causing this issue?

• Not able to get Arquillian to run any tests and I get the Pipe Closed error. How to fix this issue?
