trying to resolve to any resource inside a VM running inside OpenShift ServiceMesh(OSSM) fails with
```
curl: (6) Could not resolve host: www.google.com
```

Istio CR configuration containing

      defaultConfig:
        proxyMetadata:
          ISTIO_META_DNS_CAPTURE: "true"
