Issue
- Log appears similar to the following:
Duplicate entry ‘XXX’ for key ‘YYYY.PRIMARY', Error_code: 1062; handler error HA_ERR_FOUND_DUPP_KEY
- Data writing operations are failing.
- Database replication cannot proceed normally.
