OCP Virtualization v4.18 spec.running Deprecation and Migration to spec.runStrategy

Issue

• After upgrading an OpenShift Virtualization cluster to version 4.18, a warning appears when modifying existing Virtual Machines (VMs) via the OpenShift Web Console.
• The warning states Virtual Machine violates policy 299 - spec.running is deprecated, please use spec.runStrategy
• This warning indicates that the spec.running field in the VM's manifest is being phased out in favor of the more flexible spec.runStrategy.
• This is a soft deprecation, and while it does not prevent the VMs from running, it indicates that the spec.running field will be removed in a future release
