irqbalance warnings: “Cannot change IRQ affinity: No space left on device / Operation not permitted”
Issue
System logs populate large amount of irqbalance warnings as below:
Cannot change IRQ <N> affinity: No space left on device
Cannot change IRQ <N> affinity: Operation not permitted
Environment
- OpenShift Container Platform 4.16 - 4.18
- RHEL 9.4 with irqbalance-1.9.2-3.el9.x86_64
