The Candlepin service fails in Red Hat Satellite 6 with error "Katello::Errors::ConnectionRefusedException: A backend service [ Candlepin ] is unreachable"

Issue

• After installing Backup Software on Red Hat Satellite to 6.11 Candlepin failed.
