DHCP Ports Not Deleted During OVN Migration in Red Hat OpenStack Platform 17.1

Issue

  • During OVN migration, the neutron-ovn-db-sync-util command does not delete expected DHCP ports.
  • The following error message is encountered: neutron_lib.exceptions.IpAddressGenerationFailure: No more IP addresses available on network <network_id>.
  • All the network IP addresses are in use.
