Why does system cannot boot after installing 'grub2 2.02-162' on a system with an xfs '/boot' filesystem?
Issue
After running grub2-install using the latest grub, the system is not bootable afterwards.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8
- grub2 2.02-162.el8_10
