The Oracle tnslsnr process binds to loopback IP Address and therefore not accessible externally
Issue
- Application team is facing connection issue and because of that application is not able to connect to the database.
- Oracle is binding to the loopback IP Address
127.0.0.1instead of to the NIC IP Address or0.0.0.0/::after a reboot.
