Cannot click "Dynamic SSH key injection" when creating new Virtual Machine from custom Bootable Volume
Issue
- When creating VM, the "Dynamic SSH key injection" cannot be changed to enabled.
- Using a custom Bootable Volume with the instance preference set to RHEL9, which supports Dynamic SSH key injection, but cannot toggle the switch in the Console when creating VM.
