RHACM upgrade gives a search Database error "Incompatible data directory"
Issue
- During the upgrade process for RHACM from 2.12.x to 2.13.x or to 2.14.x the search database returns an error:
Incompatible data directory. This container image provides
PostgreSQL '16', but data directory is of
version '13'.
Environment
- RHACM upgrade 2.12.x to 2.13.x
- RHACM upgrade 2.12.x to 2.14.x
