Upgrade MCE and RHACM to an intermediate version not available in the CatalogSource
Issue

An OCP cluster that has ACM and MCE installed prior to upgrading OCP to a new release must update the ACM and MCE operators to the latest version in accordance with the documentation.
Upgrading your hub cluster from the console
If the operators are not updated, the new version may not have the intermediate version of the operators.
